AI Readiness & Governance Workshop

Give your team a clearer way to use AI.

Safe and productive AI use for your business.

Help your team choose appropriate tasks, understand information boundaries and review AI output. Spenta combines a tailored workshop with business-specific use rules, practical examples and a plan for your next 90 days.

Preparation, a three-hour remote workshop for up to 15 participants, and a practical action pack.

Request a scoped proposal. We confirm the scope, fee and delivery arrangements before work starts.

Your team needs more than access to an AI tool.

People may be experimenting with AI in different ways. Without a shared approach, they can be unsure which accounts to use, what information is appropriate and how much to trust an answer. The workshop helps your business make those decisions and choose useful applications to test with clear ownership.

What we cover

  • Your current use and business priorities.
  • Tool and account choices for the agreed tasks.
  • Information boundaries and practical use rules.
  • Prompting, source checking and human review.
  • Role-relevant exercises using permitted examples.
  • Candidate use cases, trial conditions and success measures.

What you receive

A readiness summary, draft AI Use Rules for management approval, an editable use-case register, six practical prompt examples and a 90-day action plan. A sponsor follow-up meeting helps confirm decisions, owners and next steps.

Who it suits

You receive a business-specific action pack, with a sponsor review to confirm decisions and a 90-day plan.

Frequently asked questions

Is this only a training session?

The session is part of a wider package. You also receive preparation, draft business use rules, prioritised trial candidates, examples and an action plan.

Do we need paid AI licences?

Not just to attend a facilitator-led workshop. Practical exercises depend on the approved accounts available to participants. Any later licence purchase is a separate decision.

Is it focused on Microsoft Copilot?

We tailor the session to up to two nominated tools and their specified account plans. Copilot may be one of them; Microsoft 365 is not required for every engagement.

Will you set up tools or connect our data?

Technical setup, integrations and deployment are separately scoped under AI Rollout or an appropriate implementation project.

Can we use real client documents in the exercises?

Standard workshop exercises use synthetic or approved public material. We discuss the conditions and review needed before any future use of confidential or personal information.

Will the rules be an approved company policy?

We provide a tailored draft for management approval and any relevant specialist review. You decide what to adopt and how to implement it.

Will the workshop guarantee savings or compliance?

No. We help identify measurable trials and practical governance decisions. Actual benefits and compliance requirements need further evidence and, where appropriate, specialist review.

How many people can attend?

Up to 15 participants across up to two role groups. Larger or additional groups can be quoted separately.

How long does the engagement take?

The target is seven business days after preparation requirements and meeting dates are ready. We confirm the workshop, review and delivery dates with you.

What happens afterwards?

Your business can use the action pack itself or request separately scoped help. Trial authorisation, technical rollout and ongoing support are separate decisions.
